Web3 Domains Sales Policy

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Purpose

This Web3 Domains Sales Policy outlines how Biz Lucent LLC lists, markets, sells, transfers, and manages Web3 domains—including blockchain-based domain extensions such as .crypto, .nft, .wallet, .btc, .polygon, and other decentralized naming assets.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all domain names and digital naming assets offered for:

  • Sale

  • Auction

  • Lease / Rental

  • Trade or exchange

on BizLucent.com or via direct transactions facilitated by Biz Lucent LLC.

3. Ownership & Authenticity

  • Biz Lucent LLC will only list domains that the company owns, controls, or is authorized to broker.

  • Ownership is verified through blockchain wallet confirmation and platform verification (Unstoppable Domains, ENS, etc.).

  • Buyers may request a wallet-signature proof of ownership.

4. Listing & Pricing

Domains may be listed at:

  • Fixed price

  • Negotiable price

  • Auction format

  • Lease or subscription pricing

  • Make-offer format

Pricing may fluctuate based on market demand, rarity, or utility.

Biz Lucent LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time before a sale is finalized.

5. Buyer Requirements

To purchase a Web3 domain through Biz Lucent:

  • Buyer must provide a valid crypto wallet address capable of receiving the domain (e.g. Ethereum, Polygon).

  • Buyer is responsible for understanding blockchain transfers, gas fees, and interoperability.

  • Biz Lucent LLC is not responsible for lost domains due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Domain Transfer Process

After payment is confirmed:

  1. Buyer provides wallet address.

  2. Transfer is initiated from Biz Lucent’s official wallet.

  3. Buyer receives on-chain confirmation.

Most transfers complete within minutes to hours depending on network conditions.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted:

  • Crypto payments (ETH, MATIC, USDC, BTC depending on domain chain)

  • Credit/debit cards

  • ACH or bank wire

  • Escrow services (buyer pays escrow fees unless negotiated)

Unaccepted:

  • Chargeback-prone methods

  • Reversible crypto “wrapped” transfers

8. Lease / Rental Agreements

Biz Lucent LLC may offer rent-to-own, monthly leasing, or annual rental of Web3 domains.

Terms include:

  • Non-transferable during lease

  • No subleasing unless approved

  • Missed payments may result in repossession

  • Purchase option may be included depending on agreement

Separate digital lease agreements will govern rentals.

9. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Because Web3 domain transfers are irreversible, all sales are:

  • Final

  • As-is

  • Non-refundable

Exceptions:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Failed transfer due to Biz Lucent error

  • Unverified or compromised domain (rare)

Dispute resolution is handled privately before any legal action.

10. Prohibited Uses

Domains sold by Biz Lucent may not be used for:

  • Illegal content

  • Fraud or impersonation

  • Phishing or malware distribution

  • Money laundering or OFAC-blocked activities

Biz Lucent may blacklist buyers who violate these terms.

11. Legal Compliance

Biz Lucent LLC complies with:

  • U.S. federal commerce laws

  • Digital asset selling guidelines

  • Blockchain transfer regulations

  • Anti-fraud and identity verification standards

  • Trademark and intellectual property protections

If a domain is found to infringe on a trademark, Biz Lucent reserves the right to remove it from sale.

12. Limitation of Liability

Buyers acknowledge:

  • Web3 domains are an emerging technology

  • Blockchain transfers are irreversible

  • Platform availability (e.g., Unstoppable Domains) may affect usability

  • Gas fees or network outages are outside Biz Lucent’s control

Biz Lucent is not liable for any future value, revenue, or performance of the domain.

13. Amendments

Biz Lucent LLC may update this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on BizLucent.com and effective immediately upon publishing.
